FIFA bans Nyantakyi over allegedly partaking in corrupt practices

World football governing body, FIFA has issued out a statement which stated clearly that the President of the Ghana Football Association, Kwesi Nyantakyi has been banned for 90days and from partaking in any CAF or FIFA related activities. This statement comes out two days after the popular Ghanaian journalist , Anas Aremeyaw Anas, released a video titled Number 12 which highlighted certain top officials in Ghanaian football falling victims to corruption and bribery . The investigation which was carried out by Anas and his team called Tiger Eye, centered on the unseen realities of things which happen in and around the football association. The video was first premiered to the public on Wednesday June 6th at the Accra International conference center. The viewing had three shows that night. Ghanaians who watched the video were shocked at the extent to which the game the paid rapt attention to and love dearly was being sold. In a related development parliament has set up a committee to investigate the unscrupulous behaviors of officials in the video.
