54 Kingdoms has announced a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park (KNMP), marking a pivotal collaboration that will elevate the experience for visitors at one of Ghana’s most treasured cultural sites.

This partnership brings the trailer of More Than A Goal, a documentary celebrating Dr. Kwame Nkrumah’s visionary use of football to foster African Unity, to the park’s main entrance and welcome center screens.

“We’re excited and deeply honored to bring a piece of ‘More Than A Goal’ to the heart of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah’s legacy,” said Kwaku Awuah, Co-Executive Producer of More Than A Goal.

“This collaboration aligns perfectly with the Park’s mission, offering a unique opportunity to educate and inspire audiences in a setting that truly honors his memory.”

On August 28, 2024, Mr. Awuah met with KNMP Director Mr. Edward Quao to finalize this collaboration. Both expressed enthusiasm for the trailer’s impact on visitors and discussed potential plans for a future exhibition highlighting Nkrumah’s crucial role in African football and his vision of continental unity through the sport.

This partnership ensures that this crucial aspect of Nkrumah’s legacy reaches a wider local and international audience. The sizzle started playing at the Park on October 15, 2024 and will continue until the official launch of the full documentary, anticipated around September 2025.
