Africa Prosperity Network partners EDB for Africa Partnership Conference 2023

Africa Prosperity Network (APN), organisers of Africa Prosperity Dialogues (APD), an event organised annually to foster partnerships between Africa’s political and business leaders, Pan-African thought leaders, and Civil Society in Africa, has entered into a partnership with Economic Development Board (EDB) of Mauritius, the organization spearheading the Africa Partnership Conference (APC).

The Africa Prosperity Network and Economic Development Board partnership will see the two institutions collaborating for the Africa Partnership Conference (APC) which will take place at the InterContinental Resort, Balaclava Fort, Mauritius from Monday 2 to Tuesday 3 October 2023, under the theme; “Unity in Partnership: Enabling Sustainable & Inclusive Investment”.

The APC
The APC is the Economic Development Board’s flagship conference linking project promoters from across several African countries including Investment Promotion Agencies (IPAs) to venture capitalists, fund managers, DFIs, tax advisors, institutional investors, and entrepreneurs to create greater collaboration in enabling insightful debates on the key issues shaping Africa’s prospects for growth.

The high-level networking and collaborative platform, the APC, is aimed at gathering around 400 participants (100+ international) from Africa and across the globe to unite under one common objective of creating a sustainable and inclusive investment value chain for Africa.

The theme for the 2023 edition of the APC according to the organizers, was carefully selected to encapsulate EDB’s firm conviction in the transformative power of collective action. The theme, EDB says resonates with the conference’s objective, which is “to catalyze cross-boundary collaboration and harmonious interactions among a diverse array of stakeholders.

These partnerships, the APC hopes to achieve, the organization says will in turn, serve as the driving force behind Africa’s journey towards an inclusive future defined by sustainable growth, innovation, and collective prosperity.
