The Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA), under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, has officially launched the 2025 edition of December in GH at a colourful ceremony held at the Banquet Hall of Jubilee House.
In attendance were key figures from government, the diplomatic corps, the creative arts industry, and the private sector.
The launch marked the official opening of Ghana’s festive end-of-year calendar one of Africa’s most vibrant celebrations of culture, music, and heritage.
The 2025 edition will showcase a diverse range of events nationwide from concerts and cultural festivals to culinary showcases and diaspora reunions curated under the Black Star Experience platform.
The official December in GH 2025 Calendar was also unveiled, highlighting approved activities scheduled throughout the festive season.
Since its inception in 2019, December in GH has become a cornerstone of Ghana’s tourism strategy, attracting thousands of visitors each year and strengthening Ghana’s international reputation as a destination of warmth, creativity, and unity.
