Dr. Jay Morris new book, “Masterpiece: Our Journey to Spiritual Transformation” offers practical guidance on cultivating a deeper walk with the Holy Spirit.

Dr. Morris brings extensive experience from both corporate leadership and ministry.
Over a 35-year career, he has held senior positions including vice president, director, manager, and executive coach at organizations such as Yale New Haven Health, Trinity Health, Merck & Company, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), Ernst & Young, and Allstate Insurance Company.
In parallel with his corporate career, he has served in church leadership roles for more than 25 years. These have included board chairman, deacon, worship leader, and Sunday school teacher across multicultural congregations in the United States.
He has also worked in higher education, teaching graduate-level courses in strategic planning, leadership development, change management, succession planning, and intuitive agility at institutions including National-Louis University, the University of New Haven, and the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Morris has long sought to integrate spiritual principles into leadership practice, emphasizing alignment of body, mind, and soul. He has observed that leaders who adopt such an integrated approach often achieve stronger organisational performance outcomes.
He holds a PhD in Adult Learning and an MA in Organizational Design from Loyola University Chicago, a JD from Woodrow Wilson College of Law, and a BA in Sociology from North Carolina Central University. He is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
