President John Dramani Mahama has sworn in Mahama Ayariga and Dr. Zanetor Agyeman-Rawlings as new ministers in his administration.
Mahama Ayariga was sworn in as Minister for Local Government, Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs, while Dr. Zanetor Agyeman-Rawlings was sworn in as Minister for Environment, Science and Technology.
President Mahama urged the new ministers to use their experience and expertise to serve the country and deliver results for the Ghanaian people.
He also stressed the need for ministries, departments and agencies to work closely together to ensure government policies are effectively implemented and produce meaningful results for citizens.
The Vice President attended the ceremony and wished Mahama Ayariga and Dr. Zanetor Agyeman-Rawlings success in their new roles.
